Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuwwara, our products undergo stringent quality checks to ensure they meet the highest standards. As such, we do not offer returns for refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible items within a specific time frame.

Exchanges are accepted only for products that meet the following criteria:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
The product must be accompanied by its original tags, packaging, and any accessories that were included.
3. Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
4. Shipping for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with exchanging products. The original product must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and evaluate the returned product's condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
5. Exchange Options:
You have the following exchange options:
Exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the desired product has a higher value, the price difference will be applicable.
6. Exclusions:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:
Products that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
Products lacking their original tags, packaging, or included accessories.
Items purchased during sale events or promotional periods.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products:
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please promptly contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and exchange of the product at our expense.
8. Exchange Approval:
All exchanged products are subject to approval based on our evaluation of their condition. If the returned product does not meet our exchange criteria, we reserve the right to decline the exchange and return the product to you.
